Common issues

I'm not receiving meal reminders.

Open iOS Settings → Notifications → Plait Health, and make sure notifications are allowed. Then in Plait Health: Profile → Notifications, confirm reminders are switched on for the times you want.

The AI scanner is wrong about a meal.

The scanner produces estimates with confidence scores. For packaged food, scanning the label is always more accurate. Always cross-check anything that matters against the real label or a registered dietitian.

I want to cancel my subscription.

Open Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions on your iPhone, find Plait Health, and tap "Cancel Subscription". You'll keep access until the end of the current billing period. If you cancel during the 7-day trial, you won't be charged.

I want to delete my account and all my data.

In Plait Health: Profile → Privacy & data → Delete account. The action is permanent and immediate — your account, meals, markers, and shared community content are wiped.

Can I use Plait Health on Android?

Not yet — iOS first, and available now on the App Store. Email torofn49@gmail.com to be notified when Android ships.

Can I export my health data?

A PDF doctor-ready report is available to subscribers from Profile → My health → Generate report. Full data export (JSON / CSV) is coming in a near-term release.
